Nicole Feld Strauss spent over two decades producing awe-inspiring spectacles for millions around the world, from reimagining Disney on Ice to becoming the first female producer of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. As a board director, global talent scout, creative visionary, and collaborative leader, she champions others’ gifts while pushing the boundaries of live entertainment.
When the world pushed pause in 2020, Nicole asked a show-stopping question: whose dream was she really bringing to life? What followed was a personal pivot: a journey of rediscovery, clarity, and purpose. Pivot with Purpose was born from that moment, a space for ambitious women to explore what comes next, together.
